   hi there,

   its not a serious bug but is worth a mention.
   in example_bmode_linear_transducer line 197:
   medium.density(scattering_region2 == 1) = scattering_rho0(scattering_region2 == 1);
   it seems that "density_map" should be updated instead of "medium.density" i.e.
   density_map(scattering_region2 == 1) = scattering_rho0(scattering_region2 == 1);

   "medium.density" then updates iteratively in time loop.
