Hi,
I simulated a pressure distribution using k-wave toolbox with the following parameters (N_active = 64, focus = 20mm, f0 = 5MHz, burst length = 200μs, density = 1000 kg/m^3, speed of sound = 1540m/s, dx=dy=dz = 0.16mm). The link is added at the end to visualize the image.
The image does not look as expected for the focused transducer. I am new to K-wave simulation toolbox. Please provide suggestions where I am going wrong.
Thank you in advance.

Hi lokesh,
You source frequency is higher than the maximum frequency supported by the grid, so the waves don't propagate. I'd recommend at least 3 points per wavelength for a homogeneous simulation. This would correspond to a dx of ~ 0.1 mm, where:
dx = c0 / (PPW * f0)
More details in Sec. 3.2 of the k-Wave user manual.
