   Hello,

   I am working on a 3D simulation using kspaceFirstOrder3DG and the kWave transducer class.
   I was wondering wether beamforming delays at emission were already computed into the simulation results (sensor_data) or not.
   I am asking because I realized that if I simulate plane waves emissions at different steerings in the same media, when I sum the results of simulation, I directly get a focused wave, which should not be the case before delaying each plane wave properly.. (For now, my media is homogeneous and I try this on one scatterer).

   Hi Hanna,

   The beamforming weights on receive are only accounted for when calling the scan_line method of the kWaveTransducer class. See for example, the Using An Ultrasound Transducer As A Sensor Example. The beamforming weights on transmit are always included as part of the simulation.
