   Hi all,
   i'm trying to run a matlab script using the kspaceFirstOrderC function, the script, if executed on windows machine works pretty well but if I move to ubuntu machine i found problem in writing the output file in the temp folder , i 've download the linux version of the accelerated functions, someone can help me?
   P.S. same problem occurs if I try to use the kspaceFirstOrderG function.

   My problem was related to the execution permission of ubuntu, differently from windows i had to explicitly declare that the file is executable, fortunately now it works perfectly.
