Hi I'm Ava and I'm beginning to learn how to use KWave to generate RF Data. I need to measure blood flow via Continuous Wave Doppler so what I need is modeling a moving flow and stationary tissue, and sending and receiving sinusoidal ultrasound signal via transducer simultaneously and detect the doppler shift made by doppler effect. Is it possible to do this via KWave? sorry to bother you with so much detail, it's just I've been working on modeling this for so long with other toolboxes such as field ii but it's obvious that KWave is far better a choice and since it's for my master's thesis I'm in quite a bit of hurry.
It needs to be continuous, and doppler, and it needs to measure blood flow.
what should I do?
Thank you very much in advance.

Nobody knows about this?

Hi Ava,
There's an example of the Doppler effect in the Toolbox (http://www.k-wave.org/documentation/example_tvsp_doppler_effect.php)
which works by defining a moving source, but your simulation would require a moving scatterer, which isn't currently possible in k-Wave, I'm afraid.Best wishes,

well that's really bad... but thank you for your answer :)
