By scanconversion function I can get the b-mode image(right image) from processed scan line data(left image) shown in the upper link.
Can anyone please tell me how to get the processed scan line data(left image) from the b-mode image(right image) ?

If you open the scanConversion function, you should see the conversion from scan line data to b-mode image is done using the interp2 function. If you reverse the cartesian and polar grids passed to this function, you can recover an estimate of the scan line data from the b-mode image.
