   Hello all,

   I am trying to simulate the acoustics of radiative processes and am planning to use a custom source that was modeled in a Monte Carlo simulation. I have trouble importing that distribution into k-wave, and am basing my simulations based on the kspace geometry of my acoustic simulation (64x64x64 voxels in Monte Carlo simulation to 64x64x64 kgrid space, for example). Is there a specific way to do this?

   Do you have some knowledge of how the radiative process you're considering generates acoustic energy and the time scales involved? You have the option to model initial-value problems (set source.p0) or time varying source problems (set source.p_mask and source.p). There's lots of examples how to set up these included in the toolbox.
