Delay after shifting the medium

Hi,

I am trying to do a B-mode simulation using 48 transmit elements and 2 active receive elements. I define a 2D line phantom and perform the simulation. The sensor data that I get from shifting the medium doesn't show any delay in the received signal at the channels. Is there any way I can see the delay in the channels or is there something that I'm missing?

I ran the bmode linear array example to and I don't see the delay in the signals that arrive at the elements as the medium is moved. I would really appreciate some help.
