it's maybe a dumb question, but: how do you create your nice documentation out of the code? I'm trying to get the function description used for the matlab help into the documentation created with publish(). Is there any way like that?

Hi Andreas,
We created the html documentation manually, then created the table of contents via the helptoc.xml file. With recent versions of MATLAB you can also use the publish function. There are plenty of tutorials on how to do this included with MATLAB or on the web.
