Hello,Dr.Treeby and Dr.Cox,
Thanks for your exllent toolbox and it's really help me a lot.
Actually I'm still not very familiar with the toolbox. I just want to ask how can I define a more complex object? For example I want to define a irregular object or even a mouse before I run the simulation.
Looking forward your response soon.
Best wishes!
Dustin

I dont know if I make myself clear. I means that when we define the initial pressure distribution,we can use functions in k-wave,such as makeDisc, to create some simple geometric shapes. But if I want to define a more complex or irregular shapes, I need to write functons myself? or I can use some external
data?
Thanks!Posted 8 years ago # -
Hi Dustin,
I'd suggest working through the first few k-Wave examples in the MATLAB help browser, in particular the Loading External Image Maps Example. The source distribution is just a matrix of pressure values, so you can create this however you like, including from external data.
