Hello, I really have a small amount of ideas on how to code in matlab and would not prefer to do simulations if possible, but due to corona crisis all of our experiments are now shifted to simulations. We are tasked to simulate B-mode ultrasound images of blood vessels, but in the examples it is just makeball functions. I also searched for other functions, but unfortunately, all of them are spherical. My goal is to create a cylindrical shape to mimic the blood vessel, and in particular I would like to image the cross-section of the cylinder (so if you imagine a tumble, the lengthwise cross-section). Is this possible to code? Can someone help me how to code this? and is it possible to change the thickness of its walls too?
I'm really sorry to ask a (possibly) simple question like this, but I only have a limited time since no one really expected this crisis. I hope you guys can help me
