How to get the restriction operator H onto the receiver position ? (P=HS)

Hi Dr. Treeby and Dr. Cox,

If I express the ultrasound propogation in a hemerogenous medium in operator form as P=HS, S is the source signal, P is the received pressure signals, H is the restriction operator onto the receiver positions. How can I get the matrix H? I want to get the matrix H with concrete values.
