   Hi everyone,
   I am trying to run a simulation to generate ultrasound b-mode images using the example "Simulating B-mode Ultrasound Images" as a template. I want to run the simulation using kspaceFirstOrder-OMP binary in Linux.

   The problem is that the medium for each scan line is different in this case so for each scan line there needs to be a different input and output file. Is there any way to run this simulation iteratively so that kspaceFirstOrder-OMP is executed with different input and output files in each iteration?
