   Hi All,

   Is it possible to simulate matching layers in front of the transducers with k-Wave?

   I am looking at the k-Wave examples and code but could not find any info. For example, how do one set the acoustic impedance of the sensor array? Is it assumed PZT?

   I see these parameters in the kWaveTransducer settings:

   kgrid
   settings:

   number_elements
   element_width
   element_length
   element_spacing
   position
   radius
   input_signal
   active_elements
   beamforming_delay_offset
   elevation_focus_distance
   focus_distance
   receive_apodization
   sound_speed
   steering_angle
   transmit_apodization

   and nothing seems related to the acoustic impedence of the sensor!?

   Hi frli8848, No it's not assumed to have any particular material properties. It will take those from the settings in medium.
