Hello,
I' m working on a project about the propagation of sound waves of low frequency (50- 150 Hz) through walls of different density. During simulations the absorption of sound by a wall with thickness 1cm seems to be high. Although because of the small thickness of the wall and the low frequency of the sound wave, i would expect almost no absorption or reflection effects. In order to simulate the wall i change the medium density and the sound speed in that area of the grid. Do yo have any suggestions in order to improve my simulations?
