I'm trying to calculate the derivative of an error function, and as a part of this I need to calculate the solution to the adjoint equation. I would like to move into the frequency domain after solving the adjoint equation and in order to do this I need to take a Fourier transform over the time dependent pressure wave on the entire grid. That is, I need a time dependent pressure wave on each grid point. An obvious way to do this is to place a sensor on each grid point and have it record the pressure. However, I'm curious if there is a slicker way to accomplish this in k-Wave. Thanks in advance for your help.
