To use images on the forum, first save and upload the image to the web (for example to http://www.imageshack.us ), then use the tag
<img src="http://PATHTOYOURIMAGE/yourimage.jpg" />
Large images will be scaled down in size. If using imageshack, you should use the direct link to the image.
